Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery will be charged individually unless payment is made in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or will be available soon but is currently unavailable. At checkout, we may not charge you immediately, or we may collect a partial payment, store your payment details, and process the remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund. For further details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase an item on a try-before-you-buy basis, we will authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a set period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. If that period expires and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
